This policy describes how aibot ("the app"), a personal assistant operated by the owner of movescar.cc, accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.
Data accessed
With the user's explicit consent through Google OAuth, the app accesses:
- Google Calendar: calendar event titles, times, and locations.
- Gmail: message metadata (sender, subject, date) and message content.
How data is used
Google user data is used solely to generate private summaries for the account owner: a daily briefing of calendar events and important unread mail, and alerts about specific incoming emails. The data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
Storage and security
The app runs on the owner's own computer. OAuth tokens are stored locally on that computer. Email and calendar content is processed transiently to create summaries and is not uploaded to any third-party database. Summaries are delivered only to the owner's own messaging account.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and is not transferred to anyone other than the account owner.
Limited Use
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deletion
You can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any locally stored data, contact the address below; it will be deleted promptly.
